All our shipping prices are calculated based on the volume of your purchases and your delivery country. When finalizing the payment, you will be offered several options. Please note that Plaids Cocooning does not cover any possible customs fees and import taxes. We have chosen to offer you free delivery from 140€ of purchase, in order to remain consistent with our operating costs and to be able to continue to offer you throws at prices that do not include the amount of the delivery.
We invite you to consume responsibly and responsibly: be sure, neither the size nor the color of the blanket you have ordered will change during transport... If you have any doubt about the characteristics of your blanket, a question on the color to choose according to your decoration, contact Emma via emma@plaidscocooning.com. She will be happy to advise you. We can all act together to limit our environmental impact: by limiting your returns, you limit your CO2 emissions. However, if one or more items really do not suit you, you can always return them within 14 days. To do this, simply send an email to emma@plaidscocooning.com. For obvious ecological reasons, a fee of €9.99 will be deducted upon reimbursement.

Where are your products made?
For 10 years, we have been working with suppliers keen to go further in their quality approach: improving their manufacturing processes, and the quality of the fabric chosen for the design. So, it is quite natural that we chose Asia for the production of our collection of fleece throws. For our entire collection in natural fibers, we have chosen Turkey: the cradle of European fabric and a key stop on the Silk Road. Finally, we are proud to offer you a wool collection 100% made in France. Our dearest wish would obviously be to repatriate all production. Would you like to know more about production?
