For our collection of plaids in fur plaids, we rely on manufacturing partnerships with weavers who must meet OEKO TEX criteria. This standard imposes strict norms on all technical production practices that respect the environment and people. Each of our products is tested against over 100 substances that are harmful to the environment and to you.

Our manufacturing facilities are located in China, à Changzhou where we've been working with the same supplier for 10 years.

Quality-conscious, our partners improve from season to season. Each year, the quality of our products evolves towards excellence, while our prices remain unchanged.

All our shipping prices are calculated according to the volume of your purchases and your country of delivery. Please note that Plaids Cocooning does not cover any customs duties or import taxes.

We invite you to consume responsibly and sensibly: rest assured, neither the size nor the color of the plaid you have ordered will change during transport...If you have any doubts about the characteristics of your plaid, or a question about the color to choose for your decor, contact Emma via emma@plaidscocooning.com. She'll be delighted to advise you.


However, if one or more items really don't suit you, you can always return them within 14 days. To do so, simply click here.


The plaid must be in its original packaging, unfolded and unworn, to be eligible for return. For obvious ecological reasons, a €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund.

Cette trousse est tellement jolie ! une vrai coup de coeur. Elle a pris place dans mon sac dès son arrivée. Spacieuse, toute douce, cosy, de belle qualité. J'y ai accroché votre joli porte clef "TEDDY, reçu en cadeau à la fermeture. En fait, vous êtes au Top dans tous les domaines. J'ai une petite demande à vous faire, donc j'en profite, auriez-vous la gentillesse de créer une taille 2 XL dans vos vêtements. La taille L/XL est vraiment petite et nous sommes privés de nombreux vêtements dans la partie mode. Une personne de mon entourage a pris une taille L/XL , c'est vraiment juste.

But don't worry, our faux fur is just as soft and luxurious as real fur. We carefully select high-quality synthetics that perfectly mimic the look and feel of animal fur, without compromising on comfort or aesthetics.

  • How do I clean a leopard print kit? Can it be machine-washed?

    Good news! Our leopard print make-up bag is easy to care for. To clean it, you have two options: hand wash, the gentlest method to preserve the beauty of the faux fur, or machine wash, if you prefer simplicity.

    For the hand-washUse a little lukewarm water and mild soap, gently rub the surface of the kit, then rinse thoroughly with clear water. Leave to air-dry flat to avoid deforming the fibers.

    For the machine washChoose a delicate program at 30°C maximum, with a mild detergent specially formulated for woollens. Avoid intensive spin-drying, preferring to dry flat in the open air.

    To plump up your faux fur after washing, gently brush it with a soft brush. This will restore your kit to its former glory!
