How do I cancel or modify my Plaids Cocooning order?

If you wish to add an item to your order, simply reorder and provide us with your two order numbers. We can then merge your orders and reimburse you for the delivery costs of your second order only if the first has not been prepared or shipped.

How to track my order ?

I have a problem with my order

Our teams do everything possible to ship your packages within 2 working days and Colissimo arrives at your home within 48 hours. However, for the obvious well-being of the entire team, no order preparation takes place on weekends or after 7 p.m. So, if you order during busy periods, the delivery time may be extended, up to 5 working days. Do you do gift wrapping?

We are concerned about the environment and limit packaging as much as possible.

Each fleece blanket measuring 150×200 cm is rolled up in a kraft banner, the faux furs are folded in synthetic leather straps and the large models are packaged in their storage bags.

We ship your throws in tissue paper and they are then put in boxes. There is no glitter, cushioning material, overwrapping, or gift wrap. You are then free to offer the blanket in the container that will please you the most!

What are your delivery times?

We prepare and ship your orders in 2 business days.

My blanket doesn't suit me, what should I do?

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package to notify us of your wish to return, you can notify Emma via The blanket must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused to be subject to return.
We will send you a return slip to stick on your package and drop off at the post office. Two options are then available to you:

  • You would like an exchange and we will send you new throws upon receipt of the return(s). Shipping costs are free on this new shipment.
    The exchange is for an equal amount, nothing changes.
    You opt for an exchange on a cheaper model; we will refund you the difference.
    You move upmarket, we will reimburse you for the return throw and you can place a new order
  • You would like a refund and we will issue a refund upon receipt of your blanket. From now on, for ecological reasons, we charge returns at €9.99.

For the end-of-year holidays, our returns are extended until January 15, 2023.

My blanket has a defect, what should I do?
