ORDER
How do I cancel or change my Plaids Cocooning order?
To modify or cancel your order, please contact Corentin at 0635258226 or send an e-mail to elisa@plaidscocooning.com.
If you wish to change your delivery address, for your information, the change will not be visible on your account and parcel tracking. And the change can only be made if your order has not yet left our Roubaix warehouse.
If you wish to add an item to your order, simply place another order and give us both your order numbers. We will then be able to merge your orders and reimburse the delivery costs of your second order only if the first order has not been prepared or dispatched.
This is only possible if your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. Otherwise, you will have to return it to us.
I've ordered, but I haven't received my confirmation e-mail
If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder.
If not, you can contact Elisa via elisa@plaidscocooning.com. She'll check that your order has been processed and provide you with all the information relating to your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive an e-mail with your Colissimo tracking number. You can then track your order online by logging into your customer area. If you haven't received your tracking number within 2 days, send an e-mail to Emma via emma@plaidscocooning.com.
I have a problem with my order
Our teams do their utmost to dispatch your parcels within 2 working days, and Colissimo parcels reach you within 48 hours. However, for the obvious well-being of the whole team, no order preparation takes place on weekends or after 7pm. This means that if you order during busy periods, the delivery time may be extended, up to 5 working days. If you are still waiting for your order after this time, please call us or contact Elisa at emma@plaidscocooning.com

- For New Caledonia, it will not be possible to guarantee on-time delivery. Due to the current situation, La Poste has been delivering to New Caledonia by boat since mid-October.

Do you do gift wrapping?
We care about the environment and keep packaging to a minimum.
Each 150×200 cm fleece blanket is wrapped in kraft banderole, the faux furs are folded in synthetic leather straps, and the larger models are packed in their own storage covers.
We ship your plaids in tissue paper and then box them up. There's no glitter, no cushioning, no over-wrapping, no gift-wrapping. Then you're free to give the plaid in the container that pleases you most!
What are your delivery times?
We prepare and dispatch your orders within 2 working days.
Packages are sent via Colissimo and take 48 hours to arrive in metropolitan France - please contact us for other destinations at emma@plaidscocooning.com.
Please allow an average of 7 to 10 days for Europe and 10 to 21 days for the rest of the world.
RETURNS
What should I do if my plaid doesn't fit?
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to notify us of your wish to return it. You can notify Elisa via elisa@plaidscocooning.com. The plaid must be in its original packaging, unfolded and unworn, to be eligible for return.
We'll send you a returns slip to stick on your parcel and drop off at the post office. You then have two options:
- You want an exchange, and we'll send you new plaids as soon as we receive the return(s). Postage is free on this new shipment.
The exchange is for the same amount, nothing changes.
If you choose to exchange for a less expensive model, we'll refund the difference.
If you choose to upgrade, we'll reimburse the return plaid and you can place a new order. - If you want a refund, we'll reimburse you as soon as we receive your plaid. From now on, for ecological reasons, we charge €9.99 for returns.
For the festive season, our returns are extended until January 15, 2023
What can I do about my plaid?
We make it a point of honor to offer you unique, top-quality throws. If, however, your plaid should have a defect, much to our dismay, please send your disappointment and photos to Elisa at elisa@plaidscocooning.com. She'll be sure to find the best solution to satisfy you.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, and in installments with Alma.
