We have chosen to offer free delivery on purchases of €140 or more, in order to keep in line with our operating costs and continue to offer plaids at prices that do not include delivery.

Rest assured that all our shipping rates are carefully calculated. If you can't find your country of delivery, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with the associated rates.

RETURNS
We invite you to consume responsibly and sensibly: rest assured, neither the size nor the color of the plaid you have ordered will change during transport...

If you have any doubts about the characteristics of your throw, or a question about which color to choose for your decor, contact Elisa via elisa@plaidscocooning.com. She'll be delighted to advise you. Together, we can limit our environmental impact: by limiting your returns, you limit your CO2 emissions.

However, if one or more items really don't suit you, you can always return them within 14 days. All you have to do is send an e-mail toemma@plaidscocooning.com. For obvious ecological reasons, a €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund.
