RETURNS
We invite you to consume responsibly and sensibly: rest assured, neither the size nor the color of the plaid you have ordered will change during transport...

If you have any doubts about the characteristics of your plaid, or a question about which color to choose for your decor, please contact Elisa at elisa@plaidscocooning.com. She'll be delighted to advise you. Together, we can limit our environmental impact: by limiting your returns, you limit your CO2 emissions.

However, if one or more items really don't suit you, you can always return them within 14 days. All you have to do is send an e-mail toemma@plaidscocooning.com. For obvious ecological reasons, a €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund.
