Our manufacturing facilities are located in China, à Changzhou where we've been working with the same supplier for 10 years.

MAINTENANCE

Votre plaid polaire, simple ou double épaisseur, est conçu pour vous offrir un maximum de confort et de chaleur, tout en étant facile à entretenir. Voici quelques conseils pour préserver sa douceur et sa qualité lavage après lavage :

Bonne nouvelle ! Votre plaid polaire peut être lavé en machine sans aucun souci. Optez pour un programme délicat à 30°C, avec une petite quantité de lessive et surtout, sans adoucissant. L'adoucissant a tendance à alourdir les fibres du polaire et à diminuer sa capacité à retenir la chaleur.

Après le lavage, vous avez deux options pour le séchage :

À l'air libre : Étendez votre plaid à plat sur un étendoir ou sur une serviette éponge, loin de toute source de chaleur directe. Laissez-le sécher tranquillement, il retrouvera toute sa douceur et son moelleux.

Au sèche-linge : Si vous êtes pressé, vous pouvez utiliser le sèche-linge, mais avec parcimonie ! Un passage rapide à basse température suffira à redonner du volume aux fibres. Attention toutefois, un usage excessif du sèche-linge peut amplifier le phénomène d'électricité statique.

We invite you to consume responsibly and sensibly: rest assured, neither the size nor the color of the plaid you have ordered will change during transport...If you have any doubts about the characteristics of your plaid, or a question about which color to choose for your decor, please contact Emma at emma@plaidscocooning.com. She'll be delighted to advise you.

However, if one or more items really don't suit you, you can always return them within 14 days. To do so, simply click here.

The plaid must be in its original packaging, unfolded and unworn, to be eligible for return. For obvious ecological reasons, a €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund.

How to remove a stain from a grey fleece throw?
No need to panic, a small stain on your grey fleece blanket doesn't have to happen! Here are a few tips on how to remove it: Dab the stain gently with a clean, damp cloth, without rubbing. If the stain persists, rub it gently with a little dampened Marseille soap. Then rinse the stained area thoroughly with clean water and leave your plaid to dry flat. If the stain is stubborn, you can also use a stain remover suitable for delicate fabrics.
