Chez Plaids Cocooning, nous croyons en une production responsable et respectueuse de notre environnement. C'est pourquoi tous nos accessoires polaires et en fausse fourrure, de la bouillotte aux coussins, en passant par les tours de cou, sont confectionnés à partir de chutes de tissus issues de la fabrication de nos plaids. Rien ne se perd, tout se transforme !

Cette démarche nous permet de limiter notre impact environnemental en réduisant le gaspillage de matières premières. Nous donnons ainsi une seconde vie à ces précieux morceaux de polaire, tout en vous offrant des accessoires de qualité, doux et chaleureux. Actuellement, nos accessoires sont fabriqués au même endroit que nos plaids, en Chine, et plus précisément à Changzhou. Nous misons sur une fabrication en partenariat avec des tisserands qui doivent correspondre aux critères OEKO TEX. Ce standard impose des normes strictes à l’ensemble des pratiques de productions techniques dans le respect de l’environnement et des Hommes. Cette décision, bien que difficile, est motivée par des contraintes techniques et financières. Nous n'avons pas encore les moyens de mettre en place une production Française à grande échelle qui réponde à nos exigences de qualité et de prix. Mais nous y travaillons.

Cependant, nous nous engageons à minimiser l'impact environnemental de cette production délocalisée. C'est pourquoi nous avons opté pour le transport maritime au gaz naturel liquéfié (GNL), une alternative plus propre que le fioul traditionnel, réduisant considérablement les émissions de CO2 et autres polluants. De plus, nous limitons nos acheminements à deux fois par an, afin de réduire davantage notre empreinte carbone.

We invite you to consume responsibly and sensibly: rest assured, neither the size nor the color of the plaid you have ordered will change during transport...If you have any doubts about the characteristics of your plaid, or a question about the color to choose for your decor, contact Emma via emma@plaidscocooning.com. She'll be delighted to advise you.

However, if one or more items really don't suit you, you can always return them within 14 days. To do so, simply click here.

The plaid must be in its original packaging, unfolded and unworn, to be eligible for return. For obvious ecological reasons, a €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund.

Our bed set is designed to fit standard double beds. The fitted sheet, measuring 160x200 cm, is perfectly suited to mattresses of this size, which is the most common for double beds. The comforter cover measures 220x240 cm. This generous size offers a nice fall on the sides of the bed, while being compatible with most standard comforters for double beds. We've chosen these dimensions so that our bed linen set can fit as many people as possible, without having to offer a multitude of different sizes. So you can be sure that this set will fit your bed perfectly and offer you optimum comfort.
