All our shipping prices are calculated according to the volume of your purchases and your country of delivery. When finalizing your payment, you will be offered several options. Please note that Plaids Cocooning does not cover any customs duties or import taxes. We have chosen to offer free delivery on purchases of €140 or more, in order to keep in line with our operating costs and continue to offer plaids at prices that do not include delivery.

We invite you to consume responsibly and sensibly: rest assured, neither the size nor the color of the plaid you've ordered will change during transport...If you're in any doubt about the characteristics of your plaid, or have a question about which color to choose for your decor, contact Elisa via elisa@plaidscocooning.com. Together, we can limit our environmental impact: by limiting your returns, you limit your CO2 emissions. However, if one or more items really don't suit you, you can always return them within 14 days. Just send an e-mail to elisa@plaidscocooning.com. The plaid must be in its original packaging, unfolded and unworn, to be eligible for return. For obvious ecological reasons, a €9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund.
